hi I am in houston Texas, i am trying to get into real estae investing. any recs for Houston?

I was a licensed real estae broker for about 30 years. 

I would say that I have est. a monetary interest and thus a legal transaction, no?

I also held a real Estae license for about 30 years but never did that full time.

Unfortunately I had a brain anuerism aand a stroke a few years ago and my wife did not tell me that we got a notice in the mail and she did not tell me about until it was too late to do anything about that but I could not walk then and I was totally depend on her and the Teaxs Real Estae Center told me that I would have to start completely over.
