In Japan you can buy just about anything you would use a credit card or Yen to buy (actually that is true in many Asian countries, including Singapore where I lived for 10 years); Or back here in 'merica, we can even buy a Whopper at Burger King!

Any females still looking for a roommate?

She ran a large community (several thousand) of female investors and was asking me for tips on how to pitch this to the group.

I also looked into local clubs in the area and there’s a couple - the REIA, as you mentioned, and then a pretty active club comprised of female investors. 

I don't have to pretend to be the PM because I'm female and my business partner is my father, everyone assumes I just work for him.

Some Asian countries also have a low cost of living but I looked them up and you need a work or study visa and the requirements are much stricter than Mexico. 

If it was a female dog the puppies would be over the animal limit so that is a no go.  

In my real Estate brokerages I have owned 90% women  in lending lots of women loan officers and of course support staff is mainly women.. at The title companies I work with their is maybe one male and 10 to 20 females all the senior escrow officers are women.the only time i see men in the escrow side of things is back east in states that use attorneys to close deals and those are generally all men.. as in the attorney that owns the practice is male and his staff is generally female  Not all but majority of the companies I have closed with back east are like this,

A female tenant being evicted because a guy came over to their house.

You open yourself up to some major trouble if you don't.Example 1: 26-year-old female applies.
