Ask them to explain how you're supposed to have a warranty w/o them giving you the receipt.3) Labor Charges: should be defined in your PM contract OR they should present a bid for your approval with labor & materials.Now a couple of thoughts in the PMC's defense:1) If you didn't get a receipt, how did you match the exact same model at Lowe's, so the price of $530 is apples-to-apples?

thank  you Laura -I do feel good about the compensation as they have been our only boots on the ground as we just can’t use “ friends” anymore ..I also found out that the $500 monthly fee is lifted once the place is rented and she goes to a much lower rate / hourly when things arise .I just thought it was a unique price structure and have never heard of things executed as such before .Thanks again for your reply-Christian

I will also admit at this point we are comparing apples to light bulbs since RentRedi was only costing me $59 per month and DoorLoop will cost $200+ per month and for those that have a lower unit count and only need basic services the RentRedi cost should outweigh the beta tech.
