Or it can be compared to modern day time share type sales process.These are sales techniques and no one puts a gun to anyone's head but the buyers are being manipulated with the " Take Away Close".And I suppose if there was a screaming deal its OK.. but what I have seen that tends not to be the case.

The duplex next to me... one of the units was vacant for MONTHS... seriously like 4-5 months which is bizarre (granted I spoke with that property manager and realized he was inept - he let the other tenant move in with a 500-something credit score and didn't evict them after the tenant's girlfriend showed up at their PM office and screamed at all the employees there; I know landlords in CoMo who fill units in mere days).

@Gregory Mizzi Living in northern New Hampshire there are plenty of places around here that you can get “off grid” but still be close enough to civilization to get people to go clean your house and maintain your property between visitors.
