Or are you breaking ground in the winter where you have to wait for a time where temps are above 32FIn general, we build a ~3000 square foot 4/3/3 in 6-8 months once we break ground but it can take 2-3 months of preliminary work before we can even break ground.

Therefore, you may get emails / calls after 5:00PM and during the weekend.This may give you more flexibility as you can work when you want and where you want but I think the demand will be different.I think if you are looking for flexibility, you may want to consider going from full-time to part-time or work as a 'seasonal contractor' or 'temp'.I think the other issue that you will have is that your hourly wage will likely go down.You are likely making atleast $100/hour as an attorney but that hourly rate will be cut down when transitioning to an agent.Best of luck.
