The City Council there just passed policies allowing legal second suites, albeit with gross floor area restrictions, it was the fastest growing municipality in Ontario from 2006-2011 (~20% growth) according to the 2011 census, and the province just announced last week a LRT connecting downtown to Mississauga and Brampton.

I want to do something that fits my goals and will be fastest way there.

I see that Phoenix is back in the top ten fastest growing US cities list.

According to several reports, including a recent Forbes article, Boise is the fastest-growing area in the U.S.

Leveraged debt with a single shot will return more for a larger investment.In my market, 1 BR/studio have by far the fastest tenant turn over.  2 BR is far better (slower turn over) than 1 BR.  3 BR is better than 2 BR.  

Fastest growing metro in the nation, great appreciation her and rents are aggressive.

Also purchasing my own router and switching my isp which saves me another $50.

Its not that complicated and its the fastest way to make money.

The local economy is tied to oil and gas so much so that in 2014 Forbes listed this place as a top 10 fastest growing small cities in the US.  

And then the challenge would be to find a mentor like that without paying an arm, a leg, and 6 children for it:)   Definitely the fastest and most complete way to knowledge of anything is find someone that is really good at it and learn from them.
