Keller Williams seems to have a good online presence and culture.

If you haven't,  I recommend the book "Traction" by Gino Wickman, really highlights the importance and clear presence of roles in a partnership or business leading to success. 

I'm definitely interested in flipping, I'm just not sure how feasible it is for me now with limited time and without me having any physical presence in the city.

For Example: Brownsville, Texas is home to Space X, which is in the process of attracting top talent into the area, and LGN Companies has a large presence in the area and is expecting to add thousands of jobs and a probable $35 billion in capital improvements expected in the city.  

The hedge funds kept a huge presence at least through 2012, still into 2013 but not as heavy, and there may even be some trickling residue left from them now.

I'm currently designing/ copywriting their business website, as well as social networks, to help give them an online presence.

Is the presence of the day care creating any additional issues for other tenants of yours?

If you've lived in an area for a while, you'l know who the common banks/CUs are in the area by their marketing, presence and word of mouth.

The large military presence helps keep things steady.
