I think those on the show are chosen by the hosts. 

At least then the person training them is getting something tangible benefits other than a false promise to perform.I agree that national courses do not offer the "specific area data" that is critical to closing deals.I have specifically chosen not to offer courses  because people want a lot for very valuable information and specific knowledge for very little in return.

Hey Doug Martin - I've chosen to begin with purely passive investing while I develop my long term plan for investing in hard assets.

For medium amounts of leverage (60-80%), there is a big difference in CoC based on type of loan chosen.
