If your chosen agent isn’t complying with your request I would definitely regroup and find an alternative.

It sound like you have chosen to be around that State and City as well as the right type of rental property.  

That said, I've been able to be my own Designated Broker for 18 years now and I have never chosen to be "on my own" for many reasons, including a layer of liability protection. 

By gutting it down to the studs and reworking the floorplan of the units to be more efficient and cohesive we were able to add tremendous value along w/ the finishes that were chosen for mass appeal and longevity.

Columbia and Sony have also chosen this area for their theme parts because of its easy access and proximity to major cities. 

I used the five-year fixed-mortgage rate because it is by far the most common term chosen by Canadians, and I went back to 1980 because that was as far back as the CREA stats went.

Two things to check into.I assume that the title company mentioned in your OP is the title company that the seller has chosen.
