Lumber prices are having an impact for sure.

They've seen significant increase in home prices as well as cost of labor/lumber but with that ARV's are also getting pushed and appreciation is happening for their older rentals or even saving some of them on their flips that they spent more than they budgeted for.

Do you negotiate price, and how do you unload the lien?
