The only issues I've run into are when my routers crapped out and began resetting themselves to default wifi name/password - which disconnected all my smart devices.

Or maybe speak with a neighbor who has reliable internet and see if they'll be generous to allow you to connect your device to their wifi. 

The desktop version you have to replicate across multiple devices.

What's more, right now there are more buyers than inventory so any alternative resource is going to get traction when the primary one can't deliver the goods.

Better yet, buy a used book so you can write in the margins and highlight and underline.Turn off all devices and notifications. 

In many instances, there isn't even a "pet" to charge additional fees to or for since many states consider them to be "medical devices."
