Hi everyone,IMO the 2% would make it so that no investor on Canadian soil could be profitable.

It doesn't take a lot to see that Saddam was unfinished business and 9/11 made us realize that there were nutcases who would gladly bring any WMDs here to our soil and blow themselves up with it.

I don't see any foreign army on any part of US soil.

Also, check condition of the soils.
