It seems that houses in that area are highly sought after, as a lot of Millenials / young professionals want to move in that area, to be near the robust area that is Madison and Cooper area Would a 2 bed 2 bath in these areas fetch  $1,300 or so a month in rent ?

Tiller uses Yodlee to handle encrypted logins, maybe their connection to banking data is more robust than Stessa's free version. 

If you manage those things really well, work part time, or find a way to bring in income you'll have real skills to put on a resume rather than saying you have a degree and no skills to show for it.

WE have to build some pretty robust storm sewer systems sometimes that system alone with be 10k a lot.. etc etc.. as they say its all location specific.

Their accounting is not very robust (and doesn't import my bank transactions) so we still used QB online but it is not as much of a pain to manually enter it so I think we are going to keep Buildium for our one part of the business and Quicken for our personal/local stuff.
