I have used all the brands I mentioned and the one I currently own and use everyday is the M18 fuel 18-Volt Lithium-Ion Brushless Cordless Hammer Drill/Impact Driver Combo Kit. it is expensive but it is one of the toughest, longest battery life and most powerful combo I've seen.

& give it minute to wiggle on the line .... and maybe go add some special touches to the outside ... pressure wash the roof, walls & driveway, shine the windows, plant some blooming flowers, hang a springtime wreath on the door, hang an American flag on a pole to stick out on the front of the attached line of homes (if allowed), etc....Some Simple & Sweet Southern Charm makes a big difference down here .... pretty much Everywhere, in the south & even in inner city Memphis, but it's Especially Expected at $1000+/mo rental range.
