Here is why I made the switch:I use Buildium to manage my rentals end to end and wanted everything in one place, no back and forthresidents pay online via Buildium and the rent is automatically logged in my books for exampleI wanted my business systems and processes in place now so I can just feed the machine as I groweasier for an employee to learn just Buildium vs multiple softwaresSaves moneyI am already paying for Buildium, why keep another monthly QB subscription?

Same with washers and dryers , if they work I save 2 of each and if a tenant has a problem I give them another machine free ( I dont supply washers or dryers ) .

Be careful when buying a rundown laundromat as all you are really buying is the customers , the lease and the infrastructure.If the equipment is old and worn out as soon as you "buy" it you will be throwing it away and buying new machines.
