They all have parents as cosigners so that probably helps with their behavior.

I can't stand this and I think others feel the same about this general behavior of Realtors.

OTH, if they had a bankruptcy last year and prior they had years of bad credit, they may not cure the problem in 3 years, a lender may want to see 5 years of good behavior.

I also happen to be a renter and I'm trying to figure out some strange landlord behavior. 

This is the type of behavior that gives everyone involved in any sort of real estate a bad name.

Keep doing the right thing and in time that behavior will bring you more deals.
