It might make sense to have stronger barriers to discourage this type of behavior, as there is a poster in particular that has been on here over the last month+ harassing many of the women posters, and every time he gets banned he's back the next day (or that day) with a new pseudonym.

Landlord-tenant, contract law isn't nationally consistent in what is required or allowed (some principles largely are).Screening tools may be getting a little better, but behavior is getting worse.

You might want to start another post in the "site questions" forum if you want to see this kind of behavior; discussing it further here would be getting too far off topic.And if you have any other questions that you would direct at a "BP site mentor", then post those in the "site questions" forum - you gain the entire member base as potential mentors; some of whom will know some solutions or workarounds for whatever is troubling you regarding the BP site.Now, as to your original post in this thread: Sometimes you will find that people are thinner skinned than you expect.

Actually Levitt said, "Sometimes a particular set of incentives is so irresistible that people are driven to attain them through unscrupulous behavior" 7% listing fee on a $300k sale is a great incentive, especially when you are working on commission only and it's your only source of income, and getting 3-5% on the buyer side is not too bad either.

@Theresa Harris , I have mixed thoughts about not getting the cosigner and mom involved,  for the same reasons we record judgments even though we know there are  -0- odds we will collect;  at least other owners/managers will know about this tenant's past (assuming they perform background checks).If the people who are supposed to be watching out for her don't do something to correct her behavior, it's certain the tenant will keep on their dangerous and (self) destructive path.
