Hi Community, I am using my first VA overseas this week.

Choosing the right path for your real estate investment journey can be a bit like deciding which game to play at an amusement park.Each game offers different challenges and rewards, and the choice depends on what you enjoy and what you're comfortable with.So, which path is right for you when it comes to real estate investment—cash flow or growth?

I am using bank of america, so i might need another bank to approve me on that unsecured loan.

I am using American Realty Network.

and I am using a self-directed 401K account to do this. 

I am using Quickbooks for an LLC in my syndication with 100+ investors.

I have a furnished unit that I am using as an airbnb and it has done fairly well but wanted to see if there where some other options out there.

Following to see what others have to say as I am in a similar situation except I am using owner financing which makes it a bit different.However I also opened up business accounts/cards and am currently using them to help build business creditworthiness with the bank to facilitate future deals.
