Remember, many Seattleites blame (or in REI I guess celebrate) Amazon for much of the skyrocketing prices, along with traffic/congestion, etc, over the past 15 years or so.

At the time, we were in the middle of a lengthy, stressful, and expensive immigration process as well as planning a destination wedding and midterms at the school he was teaching at.  

My fiancé and I are currently living with relatives while we save for our wedding and first house next spring/summer.

My wife enjoys decorating the house for the seasons.She listens to me talk about commercial real estate investments and development and is interested but likes doing her own stuff.There are teams out there that both love real estate and other partners who find joy and currency in many other different things.I celebrate the differences as it is another unique angle in life to experience and enjoy.The big question is if your girlfriend is okay with having 3 tenants living next door to her?

My husband is also a freelance wedding videographer so he took a couple extra weddings on to help us save more. 

However, my wife and I saved for a wedding and I was finishing up graduating from grad school, so I didn't really have the time to pull it off.  

As you move up, step up your lifestyle to celebrate success but always stay one or two levels below what your wealth would allow.

We probably will see a massive increase of confirmed cases in the states around March 23-27(test kits probably shipped out this Tuesday or Weds, test kits received Friday(2 day air?)

But no time to celebrate I must push even harder now for that next call back.
