When I first got into investing, there was just so much information to soak up that I listened to and read everything I could find.

Soak it all in while you're trying to get off the ground.

I have soaked up as much as I️ could in these past 3 months or so in everything from finances to real estate closings etc. and decided to just get out there and start with wholesaling.

I have never had good luck getting PT from HD because it's always soaking wet and weighs a ton, then dries up and shrinks leaving big gaps, plus half of it is usually crowned or twisted and completely unusable so it's a non-starter for me, I get that from the yard where it comes straight and dry ready to go.

Hello BP community,  I've been busy soaking up BP Money podcast but was first introduced to BP by YouTube as I started exploring the world or RE Investing. 

Let it sit there a soak until it's time to set the hook. 

I have asked plenty of questions and have had many offline conversations with lots of great people.So before you purchase any guru material, I would save your money, read as much as you can here, and soak up anything and everything.
