My properties have usually been in the 39206 and 39212 zip codes which are a mixed bag.

From my experience, the low end properties is a mixed bag.

I think the reason some labdlords are against it because, Landlords got in while the getting was good with HUD and did not do the proper checks and balances and due diligence on applicants because they were excited about the guaranteed monthly income and in turn they rented to undesirable applicants and were left holding the bag on repairs, ect.

Also, there was regularly raw garbage or trash bags left sitting on the ground. 

It would be nice to have a large shelf / rack to store your suitcases and bags vertically.

Rents stay put, mortgages get paid, your net worth hovers a bit, then the market comes back and you couldn't even tell the difference.Just don't be the idiot holding the bag with the most expensive speculator house on the most expensive speculator hood in the most expensive speculator city.
