The most money I have saved yet is by brewing my own coffee, brown bagging my lunch and staying away from car payments.  

I have already gotten them a welcome gift bag prior to them moving in- since they just had a baby, I got them a baby outfit, a large wall decal for the nursery, and baby cleaning supply..

Ha, ok.....Handyman replaced both of her toilets, and didn't bother to bag the bottom of them before carrying out of the house.

However, she's been moving stuff late at night so she may be gone sooner.She was parked on the front lawn yesterday and there were fast food bags by the front door.

I bought the blown-in AttiCat brand from Lowes and I bought 10 bags so I could get the blower rental for free...then I took back several bags because I didn't need that much.I also had to tell my tenant to stop turning the A/C OFF during the day when he wasn't home!  

A mixed bag of good advise here.

Its priorities lie with its guests, and if you’re OK with losing the benefit of the doubt in most situations, you can still find ways to turn a profit.Airbnb guests as a whole can be a mixed bag.

I just don't see why even bothering taking time out of your weekend to get potentially screamed at by some loon tenant.Like @Jay Hinrichs said, most of them are wind bags anyway. 

That's it, I mean who really likes carrying those 50lb bags of salt downstairs and dumping them into the softener every 3-4 months or so for those folks here in the mid-west that know what I am talking about? 

Don't be that dirt-bag owner that can't afford an emergency repair because they spent all of their money!
