I have some insights to provide if this is still an open project.1) When you say "marketplace," for the benefit of the readers of this forum I think it's helpful to understand that a DST is a Reg D private placement investment that can be purchased through any broker-dealer or RIA with a series 7 license and a selling agreement.

If readers (especially those with houses in Cleveland) haven't read this article (from last April), they should: Door to Door: How a set of broken steps illustrates Cleveland's dance with out-of-town investorsGuess who bought a bunch of those trashed homes in April 2021, through another Hughes subsidiary (Home Partners, LLC), who "sold" them to Guardian, and then to us, without any renovations (or renters) at DOUBLE the price they had paid!
