If she does have that many folks and pets living on the property, letting her and her accompanying drama go at her request is basically the definition of the perfect situation.  

Financial freedom is wasted if your time is eaten up by tenant drama and property headaches day in and out.

She says she will be on time next month etc. but it is a pattern and lots of frustration and drama every month trying to get my full rent.

Attempting to split the bill each month will only cause unneeded drama.

Good stuff in the sense  of this is a great learning experience for you and not to mention that you complicated the plot of their little drama by entering in the third act.

LOL that's better of course.. but for mid west rentals I liked that play limited drama .. and made a ton of money on the go zone tax benes.

That might end the drama. 

@Paul Sandhu That sounds like a daytime drama you would watch on TV.

The CO inspector told me ”that he was being more harsh cause it’s a rental property and they don’t want tenant calling them complaining about things” he proceeded to give me a long list of things that were 90% cosmetic.

This is far to much drama they are putting you through.
