Getting started without guidance or someone to bounce ideas off is overwhelming and leaves a lot of would-be investors on the sidelines.

What concerns me more than long time on market is watching something bounce on and off of sale pending multiple times.  

If you can get your balances raised to even just $20K total your score will bounce up pretty quickly...probably not end of the month quick, but it will get you going where you need to be.

I’v bounced back and forth about what type of property to purchase for my first investment.

They were never formal mentors, but just people doing what I wanted to do, that I could bounce questions and thoughts off of.  

She is not returning my calls or texts.So - my question is 1: - IS THERE ANY WAY AROUND THIS with Fannie or Freddie considering:This is a long established pattern over years of her cashing the checks in groups for years every 60-120 days.Not a single check has ever bounced .Every penny of her mortgage checks has been in the bank every day since writing them - waiting for HER to cash them.

You'd hate to move someone in, have the check bounce, and lose time and money on an eviction if they aren't what they appear to be.

Remember, this is so important; don't just bounce from one market to another when you don't find a deal right away.
