How exactly is a family or an elderly person, who literally live pay check to pay check or SS check by SS check  (you know all those folks that work in the fields, clean bldgs, work in the meat factories, etc etc) move when their apt gets bought out and they are evicted or have their rent doubled - they may well end up on the street -and this is how so many end up homeless.

last year I bought a used 2015 ford fiesta with 24k miles and a CPO factory warranty (which they then let me finance at 1.99%) for a whopping at 8.5K at a dealership. more than I wanted to spend, and its' not a car to brag about, but it's cheap and reliable.
