Doesn't matter the investment, whether it's college, books, etc, if you learn skills which are in demand and are able to provide them, you're going to be successful.The funny thing about the poll is that if you drew a line on a graph that indicated 'success', the college grad band would all be banded closely around it.

That is just standard IMO.I don't and wouldn't limit the point of contact to a single person; if you had a married couple you wouldn't say that you will only speak with the wife or only speak with the husband.My roommates only drew complaints from neighbors due to parking, so you might want to consider the parking situation somehow.
