Check the forums for cash buyers, partner with another wholesaler in your area to help unload your inventory.

Just recently, because of all the hurricanes and I am assuming the shortage of lumber, one of my estimates for an add a level that I am doing went up 8k over a week because of this...

He told me he has an aging book of clients who are sometimes looking to unload real estate. 

I'm wondering if I just unload it and save myself the headache and stress, or get it done to add to my portfolio?

Just unload it, learn from it, and you will come out the other side better for it.

Now I have a storage building that I keep extra washers, dryers (gas & elec), hot water tanks (gas & elec), stoves (gas & elec), refrigerators, lumber, shingles, etc. and 3 trailers to haul all that stuff around. 

However, the property is by far the nicest on the block, and I worry that it will be difficult to unload the property and make my money back when it comes time to sell.Any advice?
