I am currently using Voepel and it has been a headache just as @richlopes stated. constant maintenance items. also, make sure you triple check your make ready items.

I'm not saying it can't be done or to "aim low" but there's also nothing wrong with building some doubles/triples and then either being part of (or leading) a syndication.

So with that there is pretty much no involvement from him besides stopping by and picking up a check once a month, so the answer is no.... no disclosures, no guarantees, no updated financials, definitely no triple net leases either, Usually I can't even get him down there for a few days if theres a leak or something.
