Nope, don't replace the stove.

I had to replace a heater, stove and two fridges immediately after closing.

If you have 1 boiler/ furnace but multiple gas meters (maybe the stoves are sub metered, or you have multiple water heaters), then putting in 3 more boilers/ furnaces might be less expensive.

Not having a dishwasher these days is like not having indoor plumbing.Based on your picture, it would look like hell anyway AND you'd have to find an 18" washer to fit in the space, unless you were pulling the cabinet by the stove too.

When I buy houses, people leave food behind, walkers, TVs, cheairs fans fridges, stoves..
