You can lose alot more than rents and a down payment.I would also suggest you stay away from buying in lots where the owner of the lot has trailers for sale, it's tough to compete with someone who is there all the time and steers anyone who comes to look.If you are caught up in the potential profit and want to see how hard you will end up working for it, by all means buy one and market it for a sale.
