This is a trend that is starting right now in the industry and the industry leaders are absolutely going the other way.

Point well taken, though I must say (in a very apolitically vague fashion) the 7% property owners tend to select one particular kind of leader while 36.6% of renters have 70% never actually go make the selection.

Those are the game changers that early market leaders can take advantage of.

I also religiously go to many food at pantries to pick organic food.

And just like back then, their is no "getting back to normal", there will be a new normal, and new market leaders.
