I will be investing in CASH which takes a lot more time and planning ahead...I am in the process of obtaining my Michigan REALTORS license and have started a part time position as a RE assistant - although I know it isn't necessary for investing, I believe it will help me learn even MORE about the business (while giving me an opportunity to earn extra income).I'm sure there will be few who will relate to my belief in Real Estate investing.
