I am also the father of a 15-month old girl who shares my heart with my wife Nelly.I've got interested in real estate literally two weeks ago...

remember they one day very soon, you may end up renting this house to a group of girls who's daddies will pay you good money for a very nice house with some amenities for their daughters... but what they're really gonna be looking for is how safe is the street & the specific vicinity/neighborhood where their darling daughters will be spending time.

Now this girl I have isn’t so great at telling me what’s going on. 

I know that the actual hard times are ahead and I am looking forward to the experience of being an actual landlord in July, not to mention living with 3 girls for a year ha.

And believe me, we have earned EVERY penny of it, as the family has repeatedly brought in bedbugs, lives in incredible filth, refused to pay their tiny portion of the rent, concealed earnings from Sec 8 - not, of course, the father's - he never has worked - but the high school aged sons' earnings, and even brought in a young teenage girl who we were quite sure was the next wife - she disappeared after we called the authorities about that.So it's really been a mixed bag. 

Agents will avoid that like girls avoid the boy with bad B.O. at the school dance.  

I was almost done fixing it and the little girl who was watching me work broke the tank.

When I was at 20, all I think about is girls, parties, and beer.  

The term Goal makes me think someday, and someday is code for "never" in my world.I have one commitment for 2019, when I reach it that means several other success indicators have been realized also(i.e. robust passive REI portfolio, self-sustaining business), therefore, I only list this one:By December 31st, 2019, I will be my children's homeschool educator relieving my wife of her duty as the primary educator, spending no less than 4 hours per day as my children's educator, prior to the noon hour daily.Note: We have four lovely children, 2 boys and 2 girls between the ages of 3&8 years old.
