I will be the first to tell you, I am not a fan of the traditional real estate agent/ client dynamic, but I do think it's important for any investor (especially a new one) to have a professional double check their numbers.  

When people feel like they have no options and they feel forced to do something, they will often lash out.Regardless of the family dynamics, I think the powers that be need to get together and figure out a way to move T into a new place.
