If you require an app before showing the unit....you sound like a criminal who is trying to steal someone's identity.

It sounds identical to these houses, so I think your appraiser is correct..  

😉The scam works by stealing your identity OR they are probably going to request payment for fees upfront.In general, dont give them sensible data like your SSN etc before you have vetted them.  

Just be ware that if all of these people are renting an identical unit and now they are all your tenants, they will talk and someone will not be happy about paying more than the others, I would try and bring all the rents to the same price at the same time to be fair.

If they hold it in their name, the new property would have to be held in the identical name.

All of the proposals should be for the identical job.
