Anybody want to buy a good duplex in East English Village??

If I had to pick one neighborhood right now, I would focus in on Little Village.

Located on Lake Tawakoni and 3 miles from small town Lone Oak, TX;The villages of Lone Oak are in Phase 4 of 13 phases.

Currently waiting on the owner to respond with any recent improvements, so a big question mark there.Anybody out there currently buying and holding in this area, about a mile west of Stone Mountain Village? 

We are basically rebuilding the vinyl villages of 2000- 2004 but only in NC and SC for now.

Jen,If the work involves removing or relocating walls, plumbing, electrical or heating trades, it's a good idea to check with the village or city if a building permit is needed.

maybe in whatever Inuit village of the arctic where your at, but for majority of populated North America it's a totally different story. 

I have heard the renters may not be as reliable there ... not sure if that is fact or fiction.
