Like many investors, I have mostly been disappointed with property managers.

I’m not terribly disappointed because this is dramatically increasing my net worth and significantly improving my DTI.

I have to admit I’m a little disappointed but not dwelling on it.

In order to gain access MLS and SmartLock, I would have to be part of regional RE associated with couple of thousand annual fee, which was kind of disappointed.  

Or there is the disappointment when your mentor is right and the market drops and your property depreciates in value.Should I listen to my mentor when it comes to waiting to buy or go ahead and dive in and learn from my mistakes or prosper if the market goes up?

Thankfully because this PP is so low, I have other options if institutional financing disappoints.
