If so, how is that advertised (does MLS announce this)?

There is a new candidate for Mayor that will be announced over the next few days. 

Specifically, I want to know:1) how strong is the resale market2) how strong is the rental market (I know a couple companies just announced layoffs)3) I know that a POS inspection is required but not sure if anybody has had experience with the local housing authorityAny other info is greatly appreciated!

There's a lot of things being developed (i.e. the increased container business, auto export, a new consolidated airport downtown that will likely be international, the redevelopment of Broad Street, the redevelopment of downtown Mobile, city council announced in July they are talking with another Airbus supplier to move to Brookley Field, the development of the Technology Corridor downtown) all of which are going online now, next year and the years to come. 

I am extremely happy to announce that I have just purchased my 1st property which I intend to flip!  

Love the show.My main comment is that on all the announcement posts like this:  make it easy to follow on to the show itself, and include a link to the show notes and podcasts.   

The study showed when people announced their goals before completing them they felt a premature sense of completeness (the encouragement thread).

In the news there was an announcement of a 52 story condo being built downtown and that is certainly an indication that we are still trying to meet the supply as that type product takes years to build.

With the new apple campus announced in Austin, expect lot more companies to move in.
