Look out agents they are going to double down and they want to own the entire process [flipping business was a small hiccup enroute to their real estate domination] from brokerages, lending and various other affiliated services ie; title, warranties , insurance etc. make those higher margins more emphasized and more efficient they will be a force to reckon with.

What I will do when it becomes time is talk to Property Managers in the respective City, those not affiliated with the Turnkey Operator, and ask them how difficult it would be to rent the properties offered by the Turnkey, the type of tenant, average rent rates, etc. to get a feel for the areas that are hot and those that are to be avoided.

I'm not sure what @Ken Rishel was suggesting but he made a comment as to the MH dealers entering into a sophisticated relationship I believe involving various entities for compliance in doing business.If you can inject funds from a qualified lender then affiliate relationships could just fund purchases and portfolio notes with affiliate relationships, such as conduits with affiliate banking relationships, could be rather simple to convoluted.I think that a centralized origination and servicing operation could be established.
