I would stay far away.. you do not want to add on any additional stress factors when investing in real estate and being in an area that has a history of deadly crime is not ideal.

You will have to get the "add-ons" for the inspections with photos and the electronic lease signing, but you could price other companies such as Docusign to see how much they charge for that piece.
