Of course, many of the flippers and wholesalers are using their job money to do actual investing in RE, so it is not them that I am referring to.If I had my druthers, you, and I, and others would call ourselves RE Entrepreneurs because that is really what we all are.

It isn't only for business reasons, since everything any entrepreneur does has business somewhere connected (not that it is the first reason for doing).That "giving back" is so important to everyone's "internal acceptance system".
