Any electrician worth his/her salt should be able to tell you what NEC stands for and what the code requirements are. 

I will plan on attending Salt Lake's REIA meeting on February 12th.

In Utah, at least Salt Lake County, a probate can start and never be closed.

It is not a big issue you first wash the area with shampoo because it will remove the urea salt which is making the odor after that apply the chemical odor removing spray which is easily available in the market.

That sounds high (and it is) but when you consider CA is an expensive state to work in, you'll see that is about the norm for most out here who are worth their salt.

I take all ARVs from birddogs/wholesalers with a HUGE grain of salt.

If they are worth their salt they should do as much information gathering as they can and provide what they have to potential buyers.
