I don't know about you, but I'm pretty sure we're due for a market correction over the next couple years (not my opinion, just historical statistics).If you're referring to the fact that I can't find enough deals to place all my money, that's because there just aren't enough good deals out there right now.I presume your group is mostly focused on apartment investments -- personally, I wouldn't touch 99% of the apartment deals out there right now with a 10-foot pole.

If the "title" to the real estate isn't in your name (title doesn't mean you have an option or a contract assignment - it means a deed), then you are presumed to be acting as a broker.
