Each time, she has left a little tidbit about something and it wasn't just the "here's my card, call me"  She seems persistent and each time, it seemed like she had a client with her that she was helping to either get a deal funded or offer a deal.

If you are a little slower and methodical and maybe a little more persistent the cycles become less and less important.

Persist and you will win!

However listing agent was very persistent that we need to use this escrow company that she works constantly with, but which we have never heard of and can't really even find any reviews etc when we google the company.

Or as a friend here on BP likes to say, "Persist and you will win!" 

If they extend the credit line to me, they would know that all of those inquiries were there in the beginning anyway whether or not they have automagically erased them from my report.The lender rep is very persistent and I am still having conversations with him about this.A credit line would be very helpful, especially with my first few deals.

High demand, persistently limited supply.

Alternatively, make sure to get educated as short sales can be very profitable but require persistence.

I definitely think my experience as a wholesaler taught me to be persistent, resilient, and creative in my approach to problem solving.

With some patience and persistence you may be able to get it directly from the public records.
