Lately, I've been thinking a lot about lifestyle choices and my future as a entrepreneur or investor.

An entrepreneur has scalable,  documented systems in place to replace themselves. 

The reason that this recession will be so nasty is precisely because COVID-19 unemployment is disproportionately targeting those that are already in lower to middle income brackets and entrepreneurs, and has a much lower impact on high earning w-2 knowledge workers.Will prices go down in Tech driven markets? 

Gary Vaynerchuk has been hyping it too as a useful tool for entrepreneurs.  

But theirs a key difference in values between the normal 9-5 people, and the entrepreneurs/investors.

I’m also a young entrepreneur (23 year old) and full time real estate investor.

Of course, many of the flippers and wholesalers are using their job money to do actual investing in RE, so it is not them that I am referring to.If I had my druthers, you, and I, and others would call ourselves RE Entrepreneurs because that is really what we all are.
