I can always improve my weaknesses and turn them into strengths.Why not do the same yourself?

I'm curious to see who are competitors are :)When selling it is a sign of weakness to attack the customer.

Every time the stock market shows signs of weakness the Powell will talk it back up with dovish fed speak or flat out cut rates and stop quantitative tightening, which was just done. 

If you decide that you are ok with chronic late payments that is your decision.  

My situation:Admitting to being stuck in SDIRA analysis over the last couple of months, it could be that I found a really great option for me (keeping in mind my own strengths and weaknesses):Here locally I found an investment adviser who focuses on RE focused SDIRA.  

Kindness is not weakness, and it doesn't cost you a thing.

Other states the graph  usually has less movement with the dips and gains over time.There are high some higher cap stuff in more rural market to weak suburban out there but urban core stuff trades at a premium.I know some areas up there is 4 to 5 cap type stuff at high prices.Dollar for dollar you might find something better in other states.

You would be surprised to know how many PM companies out there are using weak or illegal leases!
