It is true that Home Warranty companies sometimes go through an overly cautious repair period prior to replacement....just like your doctor may send you to physical therapy before he elects for surgery. 

I have a vacant office space that I think would work really well for a doctor or a dentist.It's in a blue collar part of town, and it would be a great place for a medicaid clinic.  

Different tastes too, pick you poison or your witch doctor.

So if the people get a doctor to write a note that they 'need' the dog, it is allowed.

You may also find that someone in town (friend, family, doctor, dentist) has a pension fund or 401(k) they can fund your project with.

You can also market your apartments as Executive Suites to doctors, professors and staff at the hospital.

Full disclosure: I have a doctorate and teach graduate level classes in two different major state universities as a side profession.College teaches you a lot of skills besides computer programming or accounting.

I 100% agree with the OP and i havent been her very long. when i first found BP i seemed to find new post that seem to have substance. now its all how many investors are engineers, how many investors are doctors and no offense to those poster but things of that nature have no real value. and if that was an out liar then ok but its more and more common to have things that dont talk about real estate.
