The question is should I make a business plan based off of the real estate strategies I plan to allocate the profits to to get funding??

If the guy did what he was supposed to to save it and the bank or attorney dropped the ball on him then I'm inclined not to piss him off further.

Make a cabinet lis,go to to the online retailers, plug in the closest dimension cabinets and see the cost. cliqstudios, cabinets to go, ikea.... i think there is one right in florida too.

Hi @Wihan VanWyk a simple method I use to to search for multi family properties on PROPERTY24 and PRIVATE PROPERTY is to view all properties and then sort by number of bedrooms.

I currently live in NYC, but looking to to invest where I grew up (Lehigh Valley) since real estate prices are more reasonable there.  

So when you build two stories this particular ULDC required that we install a sprinkler system and these below1) site engineering with EPA gets involved with projects over an acre -$130002) soil and water engineering runoff drawings only cost- $15,0003) two story added bunch of sqft bc of walkway and rails added $100,000 that doesn't generate revenue. so about $3000/unit extra we had to to. not doing two stories again. 4) retention pond required $20,0005) needed a $10000 engineering stamp 

That's something to shoot for, and you can give away what you need to to make the deal.
