@Kody Foster I agree 100%, I have looked at these deals long and hard.

Essentially we need a house with a space for an in-law w/ separate entrance,, efficiency kit or able to add one.

I don't want to add on more work for myself and/or infringe on their privacy/space by dictating what temperatures the home has to be in, but at the same time they are aware that dropping below 60 during winter time is not ideal. 

Then, add on the .75 of points (meaning .75 of loan amount) that we have to add for a condo, and your cost is hefty.

I don't think accounting would be considered an add-on service.You may want to try their chat-bot help feature.
