There are two Golden rules I follow.  

Again, i'm running out of funds.... but doing well.I have been thinking of somehow taking advantage of the golden 4% 30 year fixed opportunity of Fannie Mae loans by somehow teaming up with other investors who want to use their credit to get up to 10 Properties in their portfolio....

Now if I can just learn how to find great maint people I would be golden!

I especially appreciate hearing from people who have been customers as word of mouth is golden.

But the homes they sell are from a manufacturer called Golden West.

I mean, how do investors who are traveling and have properties around the globe with tenants in them show up at the physical property address to close on a HELOC for 2 hours with a notary public.

I've been looking to sell my property and invest out of state income properties with cash flow, but recently I found a golden opportunity to make a move in my dream hood I've been hawking on forever.  

But since I am here in the Golden State, I'm looking to connect and network with fellow Cash Buyers and Wholesalers in L.A. and surrounding cities.

So many people are still buying the "going to college is the golden ticket" program because, as you said, that's all they know about.
